Job Description

We are searching for a talented layout designer to work on a project. As a layout designer, you will be working closely with program managers, graphic designers and content workers to create eye-catching layout for printed pages and screens. Your job is to develop a small book that is around 50-70 pages.

Responsibilities/ Duties

• Brainstorming new page layout ideas
• Develop identity for
• Determining text and image size for each page.
• Manipulating image aspect ratio for optimum viewing.
• Modifying page graphics to work with the images and text.
• Examining page proofs for final approval.

Layout Designer Requirements:

• Having Previous portfolio/past works.
• Proficiency with industry desktop publishing tools including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Excellent composition and visual design skills.
• A deep understanding of typography principals.
• Advanced proofreading skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
